Disposition Process

Property Review

We review each incoming assignment to determine best use, solutions, potential improvements that may increase market value, and finally determine the price of the asset.

Valuation

We use recent comparable transactions to help determine the market value of your asset.  Of course, your property is unique and the team will discuss their true opinion of value based on features and condition of the asset related to the comparables and appraised values.

Listing Awarded

When awarded a listing, we get to work right away creating the marketing materials and information package for prospects.

Due Diligence Review

A lot of different factors can make or break a deal.  Our team will make sure all of the bases are covered.  This may include reviewing surveys, building plans, title work, leases, income and expense statements, engineering reports, environmental reports, zoning restrictions and more. We will advise you every step of the way so you make the right decisions regarding your asset.

Marketing

Our marketing department will create collateral to generate excitement and attract potential buyers to your property.  We will extend our reach via our CCIM, SIOR and NAI Global networks to build awareness for your property nationally and internationally.  When our collateral is broadcasted, we track responses and report back to you with any interest showed in the asset.

Procure Buyer

Every property has a buyer and our agents hit the streets every day to find that perfect fit.  Provided with the right marketing materials, and using their deep market knowledge, our sales agents are the greatest asset we have and are the greatest asset to procure your potential buyer.

Close Transaction

Once we have procured the buyer/tenant, we will guide you step-by-step through the closing process from negotiations to final signatures. Leaving no stone unturned, we will ensure that everything is done right and on time.
