Kevin O'Reilly


Kevin has 14 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. He has extensive experience at all levels of the marketing and disposition process including financial underwriting, strategic appraisal, asset positioning, data-driven research, and investor solicitation. He is an accomplished deal negotiator with a strong track record for delivering excellent results. His clients include national and international institutional private equity firms, private high-net-worth individuals, developers, and special servicers on single assets and portfolios of multifamily product. He understands firsthand the balance between the operational, capital, and investor needs of a multifamily asset throughout the ownership cycle. He can combine real-world experience with heavily researched and market data-driven processes to provide optimal solutions for clients.

Kevin is originally from Dublin, Ireland. In a previous role, he sat on the European and Worldwide Occupier and Investment Solutions Teams at Avison Young collaborating with office brokers in North America and Europe. He was responsible for developing and facilitating new business with existing international Avison Young clients considering acquisition opportunities in Ireland.

Outside of Commercial Real Estate, Kevin is an avid golfer, enjoys watching the native Irish sport of hurling, and loves to spend time with his family either on the lakeshore or working on his house and yard in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
