Background & Experience

Kevin has 14 years commercial real estate brokerage experience. Kevin has been involved with the sale and acquisition of numerous high-profile assets. Kevin has extensive experience at all levels of the marketing and disposition process including financial underwriting, strategic appraisal, asset positioning, data driven research, investor solicitation and is an accomplished deal negotiator with a strong track record for delivering excellent results. His clients include national and international institutional private equity firms, private high net worth individuals, developers and special servicers on single assets and portfolios of multifamily product.

 

He understands firsthand the balance between the operational, capital and investor needs of a multifamily asset throughout the ownership cycle. He can combine real-world experience with heavily researched and market data driven processes to provide optimal solutions for clients.

 

Kevin is originally from Dublin, Ireland. In a previous role, Kevin sat on the European and Worldwide Occupier and Investment Solutions Teams at Avison Young collaborating with office brokers in North America and Europe. He was responsible for developing and facilitating new business with existing international Avison Young clients that were considering acquisition opportunities in Ireland.

 

Outside of Commercial Real Estate, Kevin is an avid golfer, enjoys watching the native Irish sport of hurling and loves to spend time with his family either on the lakeshore or working on his house and yard, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
